Triad Media has 13 offices in North America, Europe, and APAC. It’s the industry leader in creating, managing, and operating digital programs for the world’s largest retailers, including Ebay, Phillips, and American Express.
Triad now reaches 141 million unique visitors.
The Brief
We partnered with Triad to find exec-level talent across display, native, programmatic and data – in the UK, Australia and Singapore. Some of the keys roles they asked us to fill included Head of Media, Sales Director EMEA, and Sales Director APAC.
Considerations
The nature of Triad’s business means they need to assemble skilled teams in anticipation of new client wins – so their talent partners have to be well connected and discrete. Hiring processes slow down and accelerate, depending on each pitches’ demands.
This meant we had to be very responsive to work flows, and adept at managing all stakeholders’ expectations so the best people were available and engaged at the right time.
Approach
Triad’s requirement to see the best possible talent made every search non-linear. As a result, we profiled candidates with a wide range of skills, contacts and personalities from most corners of the Lumascape. This is the kind of work where we shine: getting close and really consulting in order to make our searches as expansive as possible, and conversely presenting candidates with the most relevant and applicable options.
Results
We filled all roles. Submission-to-meet ratios, first to second conversions, and offer-to-acceptance statistics all ran at above 75%.
